Due to the Covid-19 epidemic, we have put in place sanitary measures to ensure that you enjoy your stay at the Tulipier de Virginie.
Vaccination pass control
You can’t escape it (and neither can we), on your arrival, the vaccination pass of all persons aged 16 and over will be checked. If one of the passes is missing or invalid, the Tulipier de Virginie will be obliged to refuse access to the establishment to all persons concerned by the reservation and the stay will be considered as cancelled by you and not by the Tulipier de Virginie. We invite you to reread the Cancellation clauses in your contract.
Make sure you have ALL your VALID PASSES.

Cancellation or modification of stay
If a positive case of COVID is detected on you or on your companions, the 48-hour cancellation conditions only apply upon presentation of proof.
If the cancellation is made more than 48 hours before the start of the stay (based on an arrival time of 5pm), the deposit will be refunded by the Owner by bank transfer (excluding costs incurred by online payment (OSP or Paypal))
If the cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the start of the stay (based on a 5pm arrival time), we will offer you a solution of postponing the date or a credit note. As an exception to the provisions in force, order no. 2020-315 of 25 March 2020 stipulates that instead of the refund provided for in article 211-14 of the French Tourism Code, you will have a credit note valid for 18 months corresponding to all the payments you have made. All requests for cancellation of stays between 15 March and 15 September fall within the scope of this derogation.
In the event of a shortened stay due to the declaration of Covid-19 on the Client, his accompanying persons or the Owner, the price corresponding to the cost of the accommodation will be calculated on a pro rata basis.
In the event of cancellation due to governmental measures preventing your travel (reconfinement, mileage limit, etc.), the deposit will be refunded in full.

Health measures during your stay
What we ask of you:
Throughout your stay, we will of course ask you to respect the sanitary measures and in particular the barrier actions within the property.
Breakfast: Breakfast will be served on separate tables for each room (unless you have booked our 2 rooms, of course) OR if you are few in number and if you agree, on the dining room table but in a way that respects social distancing.
What we do for your safety:
Bed linen and towels are washed at 60° with a disinfectant that meets the EN14476 standard and are steam cleaned.
Breakfast dishes are also washed at 60°.
Butter dishes, sugar bowls, jam jars, carafes and baskets for bread and pastries are individualised for each client.
Hydro-alcoholic gel is available in the breakfast room
The deckchairs and outdoor games for children are cleaned daily.
